Physical vapor deposition (PVD) technique and complex of technological plasma devices is offered for causing one-layer chromic, molybdenum and other metallic coatings up to 100 mcm thick to the internal surfaces of ferromagnetic and unferromagnetic details with a diameter from 20 mm and more than 5-10 calibers length. Causing by multi-layer nanocomposite and superlattice type coverages is also possible. Coating condensation is made in the ion assisting mode. Coating condensation temperature is 250-400°С. The technology is ecologically appropriate and is alternative to chemical galvanic and thermal overcoating technologies. The technology can be used to increase operating features, reliability and durability of machines details and units workings in the conditions of corrosive and abrasive wear. The development can be used by enterprises of aviation, transport and mining machine building. The protection coating for AN spacecraft hydrosystem element has been developed. Long-term tests proved the coating work-time of more than 75000 conditional flights.
