Description
By gas jet grinding of loose materials disclosing valuable minerals without their superfluous regrinding, improvement of a concentrate quality, fine and hy-perfine pure grinding are achieved. The grinding process management and control of product quality are provided by means of acoustic monitoring that raises its efficiency.
The researches are carried out for fine and superfine grinding of materials with different physical properties (ore and fire-resistant raw material, kaolin, quartz sand, rare-metal concentrates, abrasive and diamond powders, technical alumina, mullite-corundum chamot, cement, slag, forming plaster).
A gas jet mill by productivity 20kg/h is made on the experimental base. The technique of process control system on acoustic monitoring bases is being devel-oped.
