Description
The main project goal is the creation of intelligent energy-efficient eco-house (EEE) system single concept with the development of multipurpose and multicriterion EEE mathematical model. It takes into account not only complex interconnections of all support systems of the building (object) and the influence of environmental factors on them (depending on metrological peculiarities of the region and energy-supplying and energy-consuming principles - a micro energy system or a virtual power station), but also envisages the answer to the question of choosing fencing constructions, building systems of microclimate management and water supply and intelligent management system, which provides zero consumption of hydrocarbons energy resources and minimal environmental impact of the project.
The modern building for industrial or utility use should be viewed as a complex technical autonomous system - an integral material object designed for a limited variety of functions in the provided conditions, technically implemented on the basis of arranged and limited variety of functionally interdependent and structurally interrelated functional technical systems (microclimate, water supply, energy use, energy supply, intelligent management system) which cooperate technologically and influence each other.
With regard to the previously mentioned, the intellectual energy-efficient eco-house in general can be presented as an interconnection of the following five systems:
1. Microclimate system
2. Water supply system
3. Energy use system
4. Energy supply system
5. Intelligent control and management system
The main tasks of joint participants are generalization of all EEE subsystems, development and enhancement of their mathematical models and integration in the single IEE system.
