Description
"Termolit" Ltd. specializes оn designing and manufacturing of induction crucible melting electric furnaces, heating and hardening units, thyristor frequency converters. Effective usage of production facilities and application of new technologies let the enterprise enlarge the output products range, increase production volume, reduce the prime cost and as a result the final cost of goods. At the same time the enterprise guarantees the quality verified with the certificates. Application of pollution-free materials ensures high sanitary and hygienic characteristics of our products.
Induction heating is an effective and highly productive technique for thermal metal processing which produces direct (deep) impact on metal, as the energy consumed by the generator discharges directly in a billet, whereas in heating units of other types indirect metal heating (heat transfer) is produced. Thus high efficiency of induction heating units is achieved.
In foundry induction melting electric furnaces can in most cases be used instead of coke, gas, residual and arc electric furnaces. Usage of a thyristor frequency converter as a power supply provides obvious saving rate due to fuel-energy resources saving that is of current importance now.
Induction heating application is also effective in mechanical treatment of metals. At present for thermal treatment of billets a great number of machine-building enterprises use gas, muffle, residual and other furnaces which can be successfully substituted for induction heating and hardening units. Temperature adjustability in this case will provide heating speed control that is also very important in continuous production. Besides, induction heating doesn’t give decarbonized layer and calx and decreases thermal deformation. Possibility of generator frequency variation provides ability to control depth of billet heating that is widely used in hardening units.
At present "Termolit" Ltd. serially produces a wide range of induction heating products. These are induction melting electric furnaces of ИТПЭ type from 30 kg to 2500 kg of different capacity; induction heating and hardening units with capacity from 10 to 1600 kilowatt; thyristor frequency converters from 50 to 1600 kilowatt, control panes, accessories and spare parts.
