TomMetal private enterprise was founded in 2005 as metal-trading organization. The main direction of enterprise's activity was wholesale trading in metal-roll and pipes produced both in Ukraine and abroad.

In February 2008 TomMetal private enterprise started to produce supporting and suspended beam cranes with load capacities up to 10 tons, on the basis of Kalush communal equipment plant JSC.

In March and April of 2008 balancing and commissioning were carried out and two profile-bending machines were put into operation to produce profile flooring of С-8 and PС-18 types.

In May 2008 production of metal constructions of different complexity depending on exploitation conditions was started.
