Modern welding costume with an option of color variations.
Welding costume made of 100 % cotton cloths is soft and comfortable, with good vapor and air penetration. Cloth plasticity provides strong fit and additional protection against sparks penetration (just remember how tarpaulin reacts to that!).
Smooth satin weaving allows sparks and metal splashes to roll down the costume not burning the cloth itself.
Depending on a type of welding works we offer the following model range: Favorite New (electrode welding), Favorite Lite (electrode and semi-automatic welding, recommended for winter costume), Favorite Extra (electrode and semi-automatic welding), Favorite Standard (electrode and semi-automatic welding, more than 4 hours of uninterrupted works). Favorite costume is easily washed with neutral detergents and can be dry-cleaned. Modern fire-protection trimming Proban® excellently supports fire resistance of the costume and is not washed off even after 50 washings. Term of exploitation amounts to 12 months.
Basic model of Favorite welder costume consists of lengthened vest with hidden clasp on thermal-resistant buttons and internal protection valve. Linings from the same cloth in front of the vest, in shoulder area, on sleeves and lateral sides of the vest and also on the front side of apnts provide maximal protection against burning and high temperatures. Special sleeve construction provides convenience during works, regulated sleeve width and protects from splashes when the hands are up. Ventilation holes in armpits and shoulder-blades area improve hygienic properties of the costume. Pants with zipper are regulated in the waist area by special cloth pieces with buttons. Pants are also accompanied with elastic shoulder-straps , which can be buttoned to the costume. Favorite welder costume can be sewn from cloths of different color according to your corporate style – black, red, gray, green, dark blue, bonnie blue, and orange.
