Description
For producing aluminium alloys on our own territory a full sorting and processing complex for aluminium scrap was installed. It includes:
- three-chamber gas stove with productivity of 500 kg/hour;
- electric crucible furnaces ;
- pouring production line;
- accredited laboratory for conducting chemical analysis;
- electronic weighting section;
- cutting and pressing equipment section.
A specialized workshop producing high-quality casting and deformable aluminium alloys meeting GOST requirements, processes up to 15 tons of aluminium scrap per day. Basing its work on developments of Ukrainian scientists in the field of production technologies, using high level of personnel preparation and also modern equipment, our company has the possibility to satisfy market demand for high-quality products and provide mutually beneficial cooperation.
