Vacuum cars are the semi-automatic equipment for closing of a foodstuff in packages with simultaneous otkachkoj from them air (with filling possibility inert gases).
Are applied in food, chemical, radio-electronic, bank branch. Model МV 400 allows to pack production having the big dimensions. It is widely applied at packing of nuts, the big cheeses, long fish etc.
Vacuum cars are the semi-automatic equipment for tight zapajki vacuum packages.
Cars have possibility of the task from the control panel of following parametres:
- Time otkachki air from the chamber
- Time zapajki a package
- Package temperature
- Check of tightness of the chamber
The cycle comes to an end with an autoraising of a cover of the vacuum chamber. All cars are supplied by dating means. For zapajki packages from the special materials are applied, allowing to store products in the rarefied environment.
