Auxiliary substances: sweetenersЕ954, Е952, purified water.

Pharmaceutical group. Entherosorbents. Code АТС А07В С10.
Pharmaceutical properties. When taken internally, the medication has detoxicating effect. It efficiently absorbs from intestines content and blood (through capillar membranes of intestines mucose) midmolecular toxic substances, products of non-completed metabolism, favors extermination of incorporated radionuclides. Entherosgel removes the symptoms of toxicosis, normalizes functioning of intestines, liver and kidneys and also blood and urine parameters. Being an efficient detoxicant, Entherosgel improves immunity.
The medication absorbs stomach and intestines mucosa and protects it from erosive processes. It is not absorbed from intestines.
Ways of intake and doses. Taken internally three times per day 1.5 or 2 hours before or 2 hours after meals or medicine intakes with a sufficient amount of water. For adults and children over 14 one-time dose of the medication amounts to 15 g (1 tablespoon), one-day dose – to 45 g. For children under five years old one-time dose amounts to 5 g (1 teaspoon), one-day dose – to 15 g; for children of 5 to 14 years old one-time dose amounts to 10 g (1 dessert spoon), one-day dose –to 30 g.
Course of treatment – from 7 to 14 days. For grave forms of diseases a double one-time dose is taken during the first three days, and in case of chronic illnesses (chronic renal insufficiency or hepatocirrhosis) longer intake of the medication is possible.
