Medicine composition
Acting agent: methylsilicone acid hydrogel 70/100 g.
Medication form. Paste for otal intake.
Therapeutic indication. Organism detoxication in cases of chronic renal insufficiency caused by pyelonephritis, renal cystic disease, nephrolithiasis, toxic hepatitis, virus hepatitis A and B, hepatocholecystitis, hepatocirrhosis and cholestasia of different aetiology, gastritis with lowered acidity, entherocolites, colites, diarrhea; in cases of alcohol and drug intoxications, allergic reactions, skin diseases (diathesis, neurodermatitis); in cases of burn intoxication, pyoinflammatory processes accompanied by intoxication; toxicosis of the first half of pregnancy, in comprehensive therapy of intestines disbacteriosis.
Contra-indication. Acute intestinal obstruction.
Ways of intake and doses. Taken internally three times per day 1.5 or 2 hours before or 2 hours after meals or medicine intakes with a sufficient amount of water. For adults and children over 14 one-time dose of the medication amounts to 15 g (1 tablespoon), one-day dose – to 45 g. For children under five years old one-time dose amounts to 5 g (1 teaspoon), one-day dose – to 15 g; for children of 5 to 14 years old one-time dose amounts to 10 g (1 dessert spoon), one-day dose –to 30 g.
Course of treatment – from 7 to 14 days. For grave forms of diseases a double one-time dose is taken during the first three days, and in case of chronic illnesses (chronic renal insufficiency or hepatocirrhosis) longer intake of the medication is possible.
Overdose. Exceeding maximal one-time doses does not cause side effects.
