Description
Motor-vehicle Gas Refueling Compressor Station AGNKS-60 created on the basis of JSC PEC "Sumygazmash" facilities is designed for refueling of cars, buses, special transport and farming vehicles with natural gas (methane) compressed to 20 MPa (200 atmospheres).
AGNKS allows:
- use the natural gas in capacity of motor fuel;
- gain independence from petroleum supplies and high prices for petroleum and diesel fuel.
Using gas as motor fuel allows to cut fuel and lubricant costs by 2-2.5 time, increase the engine motor-life by 40%, decrease the volume of poisonous exhaust substances discharged in the air by several times, increase the life time of motor lubricants by 1.5 times.
Unlike the large-size AGNKSs, AGNKS-60 can be installed in the city boundaries or at the fleet. Gas is consumed from city communication pipelines with overpressure 0.05-0.3 Mpa (0.5-3 atmospheres) which corresponds to gas pipeline features of all settlements of CIS countries and Ukraine throughout the year.
Mounting of the station includes installation on beforehand prepared plate, connection to the gas pipeline and electricity network. Water is not used for the technological purposes. The compressor is air cooled. Heating is not required in the technological blocks. AGNKS-60 works in Automatic and Semi-automatic modes. Automatic system controls the station parameters, automatic turn off and turn on.
The modular equipment in use allows to AGNKS-60 to do 75 to 300 refuels for a day. Block-container structure allows it to be transported by all means of transportation, exploitation on all outdoor plates in climates zones with temperature ranging -30 0С to +45 0С. AGNKS-60 is block-container type with automatic control system.
