Description
Natural linseed drying oil is a light transparent oily liquid made of linseed oil and siccative prepared on linseed oil.
Natural drying oils are obtained with the help of drying or a mix of drying and semi-drying oils (linseed, tung, sunflower etc.); they practically do not contain solvent.
Drying oil is used:
- for coating (oiling) metal, wood and plastered surfaces;
- for preparing and diluting light thick-ground paints, coatings, greasing pastes and putties;
- for internal and external works in painting metal constructions, floors, doors, and window panes.
Time of oil drying at the temperature of 20°С is no more than 24 hours.
