Description
Middle-ripening variety, vegetation period is from 75 to 85 days. Lodging resistance is 4-4.5, fall resistance is - 4.5, drought resistance is 4-4.7, suitability for mechanized harvesting is 405 points.
During the years of competitive variety testing Donetsk 12 ws little affected by powdery mildew, leminth spores, root rots, and internal stem pests.
Resistance against mildew and hard smut in case of artificial contamination is much higher than in Prairie and Odessa 115. The variety can be used both for feed and food production.
